应西方国际旧译持明佛学会邀请，在瑞士洛桑市的持明胜乘洲中心，敦珠法王于师尊释迦牟尼佛初转法轮日主法为持明会众传授三根本灌顶并开示从最初皈依到正行的无误修行次第，并教授一个行者修行上面所需的甚深教法，会中有英语、法语、华语、义大利语、西班牙语、俄罗斯语等许多国翻译。照片为法会中所摄。

His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche came to Lausanne, in Switzerland, at the invitation of Namkha Gyatso Rinpoche and his international Rigdzin Community. There, during the great celebration of the first turning of the wheel of the Dharma by our exceedingly kind teacher Lord Buddha, His Holiness offered the ripening empowerments for the three root wisdom deities. He also gave profound and important advice on the importance of practicing step by step from the preliminaries through the main practices on the spiritual path.
